Terms of Use & Subscriptions

Tovilo provides tools to organise personal routines. You decide what to enter and how to use your schedule. Keep an independent copy of important records. Reminders depend on your operating system and are not guaranteed alarms or a substitute for safety-critical reminders. Tovilo is not a medical service and does not provide medical dosing or treatment advice.

1. Core Planning & 14-Day Welcome

Core planning is available without a Tovilo account. The first 14 days are ad-free without payment and do not automatically enrol you in a subscription. The free version may show advertising afterward. Tovilo Plus removes ads during an active paid subscription. The currently available billing period and localized price are displayed by your app store and in the app before purchase. Do not assume future plans or features are included until explicitly offered.

2. Subscriptions & Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the store. Payment, renewal and any applicable refund process are governed by your store's terms and applicable law. Manage or cancel through the App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Cancelling generally stops future renewal while access continues to the paid expiration date shown by the store. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Restore with the same store account. This build does not transfer a subscription between unrelated Apple and Google accounts.

3. Routine Records & Unencrypted Backups

Routine records are stored locally and may be lost if the app is removed, storage becomes unavailable or a device is lost. Exports are unencrypted JSON; protect them. Features and provider availability may change.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Febza Technologies Private Limited. Nothing in this agreement is intended to remove mandatory consumer rights under applicable local laws.

4. Platform Terms & Distribution

For Apple distribution, users are subject to the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), or any custom EULA designated in App Store Connect. For Android distribution, users are subject to Google Play Terms of Service.
