Your core planner works offline and needs no account. Organise tasks into routines or keep them independent. Choose daily, selected weekdays, monthly or one-time schedules. Add notes, duration and a time; complete, undo or skip an occurrence. Calendar brings your plans and recorded history together. Insights help you spot weekly patterns.

Choose a comfortable light or dark theme, your time format and week start. Set local reminders with soft chimes, vibration, advance notice and quiet hours. Export a JSON backup to keep a copy of your routines and history.

Your first 14 days are ad-free with no payment or signup. This welcome does not start a paid subscription. After it ends, free users may see labelled banners and optional rewarded videos. An optional Tovilo Plus subscription removes all advertising while active. The current plan is monthly; the app store shows the actual price and billing terms before purchase.

Core planning runs entirely locally. Your task titles, routine descriptions, notes, and completion stamps are never uploaded to a remote user database or sold to third parties. If you want a backup, you can export a plain, portable JSON file directly to your clipboard.

Traditional habit trackers turn self-care into high-stakes anxiety. Miss a single day, and your counter drops to zero. Tovilo treats skips and misses with dignity: they are recorded honestly in your weekly Insights, keeping your history factual without penalizing you for living a normal life.

3. Gentle, contextual notifications

Reminders exist to serve you, not interrupt you. Tovilo uses rolling local queues with quiet hours, snooze controls, and soft audio chimes designed to be calm rather than alarming.

4. Clear and honest monetization

Core planning features will always remain free. The first 14 days are completely ad-free without requiring credit cards or automatic trial enrollments. For users who prefer a permanent ad-free experience, Tovilo Plus is available as a straightforward monthly subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play.
